Ingredients
- Approx 8 Feijoas, sliced and peeled
- 6 to 8 Sausages
- 1 to 2 onions chopped or sliced
- ¼ Cup water
- 3 Tablespoons Brown sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Soya sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Malt Vinegar
Method
Step 1
Boil sausages and drain
Step 2
Brown chopped sausages and chopped onion together in frypan.
Step 3
Add sliced and peeled Feijoas.
Step 4
Mix water, brown sugar, soya sauce and vinegar together.
Step 5
Add to frypan, put lid on and simmer for approximately 10 minutes.
Enjoy this is really yummy!!!
You can freeze your feijoas with skin removed (peeled) in snap lock bags for the quantity needed so you can enjoy the year around
