Ingredients

  • 25 g Butter
  • ½ Cup sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ cup milk

Method

Step 1

slice peeled feijoas into a pie dish and sprinkle with lemon juice and sugar.

Step 2

Cover with sponge mixture: cream the butter and sugar, add beaten egg and milk.

Step 3

Sift flour and baking powder into the mixture. Bake at 190°C for 30 Minutes.
