Ingredients
- ½ lb peeled and chopped feijoas
- 2 Tbsp. crystalized ginger (chopped)
- 4 oz Melted butter.
- ¾ cup raw sugar
- 1 egg
- 1½ cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp mixed spice and ground ginger
Method
Step 1
combine feijoas, ginger, butter and sugar and beat until sugar is dissolved.
Step 2
Add beaten egg, then dry ingredients.
Step 3
Bake in ring tin for 25-30 Minutes at 375 °F
