Feijoa and apple crumble typically refers to a dish made with Feijoa and apple fruit topped with a crumbly mixture of flour, butter, and sugar, often baked until the topping is crisp and browned.

Ingredients

  • 12 To 15 Feijoas
  • 2 Large apples
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 Teaspoon Brownsugar
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • ¾ Cup Brown sugar
  • 50 Grams butter

Method

Step 1

Peel the apples and scoop the fresh from the feijoas.

Step 2

Chop and mix together with cinnamon and first measure of brown sugar.

Step 3

Put into a pottery baking dish.

Step 4

Rub the butter into the flour and add the second measure of brown sugar.

Step 5

Sprinkle the crumble mix on top of the fruit.

Step 6

Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 45 Minutes.

Step 7

Terrific either hot or cold.
