Ingredients
- 4 feijoas
- 3 limes
- 2 liters of water
- 1 can (approximately 14 ounces) of condensed milk
- White rum or gin (optional)
- Ice cubes
Method
Step 1
Wash the feijoas and limes thoroughly under running water. Cut the feijoas in half and scoop out the flesh into a blender, also Cut the limes in half and squeeze out the juice into the blender with the feijoa flesh.
Step 2
Blend the feijoas and lime juice until smooth.
Step 3
Pour the 2 liters of water into the blender with the blended fruit mixture. then Open the can of condensed milk and pour it into the blender as well.
Step 4
Blend the mixture until everything is well combined and smooth.
Step 5
If desired, add a splash of white rum or gin into the blender and blend for a few seconds until incorporated.
Step 6
Fill glasses with ice cubes. Pour the feijoa and lime cocktail mixture over the ice.
Step 7
Garnish with a slice of lime or a feijoa if desired. Stir before sipping to mix any settled ingredients.
