Ingredients
- 1 kg feijoa finely diced (Don't peel)
- 500 g onion finely diced
- 2 cups of sugar
- 2 cups of Vinegar
- spices:
- 1 tsp cloves
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp Ground Ginger
Method
Step 1
Trim Ends of Feijoas and Dice
Step 2
Combine with onion and add the remaining ingredients
Step 3
Bring to a boil and stir well
Step 4
Simmer for around 1 hour on a low heat, stirring until is reduced and thickened
Step 5
Pour the hot chutney into clean hot jars and seal.
