Ingredients
- 175 g Butter
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 8 Feijoas chopped
- 1 1/4 Cups Dessicated coconut
- 1 1/2 Cups Flour
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1/4 Cup Flaked almonds
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
Method
Step 1
preheat oven to 180 degree celcious then cream the butter and sugar
Step 2
then beat in the eggs
Step 3
add the chopped feijoas.
Step 4
Mix in the coconut, flour, baking powder and milk to make a smooth butter.
Step 5
pour into a cake tin and sprinkle with almond and sugar bake for 40 Minutes.
