Feijoa coconut cake is a delightful dessert that incorporates the tropical flavor of coconut into a moist and fluffy cake.

Ingredients

  • 175 g Butter
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 8 Feijoas chopped
  • 1 1/4 Cups Dessicated coconut
  • 1 1/2 Cups Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Flaked almonds
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar

Method

Step 1

preheat oven to 180 degree celcious then cream the butter and sugar

Step 2

then beat in the eggs

Step 3

add the chopped feijoas.

Step 4

Mix in the coconut, flour, baking powder and milk to make a smooth butter.

Step 5

pour into a cake tin and sprinkle with almond and sugar bake for 40 Minutes.
