Ingredients
- 1 ½ lb Feijoas
- ½ sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tin sweetened condensed milk
- ½ cup flour
- ½ cup sugar
- ¼ cup rolled oats
- 2 OZ Butter
Method
Step 1
Peel feijoas and cut in half. Put in a bowl and sprinkle with ½ cup sugar. and leave for 2-3 hours in refrigerator.
Step 2
Mix lemon juice and condensed milk into the feijoas and put into a pie dish.
Step 3
Mix together the sifted flour, sugar and rolled oats. Rub in the butter until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
Step 4
Sprinkle over the feijoa mixture and bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 30-40 minutes.
