Ingredients
- 3½ cups flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 3/4 cup of milk
- 2 Cup peeled and diced Feijoas
- 1½ Cup sugar
- 200g melted butter
- 3 Teaspoon Ginger
- pinch salt
- 2 Teaspoon Baking soda
Method
Step 1
Place the sugar, ginger, baking powder, flour, salt and feijoas in a bowl
Step 2
in a separate bowl, blend together the butter, eggs, Milk and baking soda.
Step 3
Pour over the dry ingredients and mix very lightly until the ingredients are just combined.
Step 4
Bake 180 degree Celsius for 25 to 30 minutes, stand for 10 Minutes
