Ingredients
- 150g melted butter
- 1 tsp of cardamom, nutmeg and cinnamon
- 2 cups of self-raising flour or standard flour + 2tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs lightly beaten
- 1/2cup raw sugar + 1/4cup brown sugar + 1/4cup white sugar
- 50g walnuts chopped up
- 1/2cup milk
- 2 cups of stewed or fresh lightly mashed feijoas
Method
Step 1
Mix all dry ingredients together, then add melted butter
Step 2
and then Add beaten eggs to the dry ingredients.
Step 3
Add the feijoas
Step 4
Add your milk, if the mixture is not wet enough, add a few tbsp.
Step 5
Bake at 180c fan bake for 45-55mins.
