- 1 Kg feijoas remove stalk, don't peel just chop up
- 2 Granny smith apples
- 2 chopped red onions
- 500g pitted prunes
- 300g currants
- 250g sugared ginger
- 2 chopped cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp mustard seeds
- 1 tbsp gated fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp salt and ground black pepper
- 1 Kg sugar (can use less if wished0
- 2 tbsp molasses
- 3 cups malt vinegar
- 1 tsp each of cayenne pepper, all spice, mixed spice and five spice

Step 1
Simmer all together for an hour and then cool
Store in airtight sterilized jars, wax and seal.
