Ingredients
- 2 meat chops
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp prepared mustard
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1/4 cup mashed ripe feijoa (peeled)
Method
Step 1
Melt butter in fry pan.
Step 2
Add chops and brown all over and cook right through.
Step 3
Remove from pan, keep warm.
Step 4
Add flour to pan drippings and cook about 2 minutes
Step 5
stirring add chicken gradually to form a smooth sauce
Step 6
cook 3 minutes
Step 7
add mashed feijoas, mustard, salt and pepper and cook for1 minute.
Step 8
pour over chops and serve
